复合材料编织机设备简介

　　用于各种复合材料预成型的编织工艺，编制材料可以为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维及芳纶、高分子聚乙烯等高性能纤维等高性能纤维，产品用于航空航天、高铁、地铁、汽车等行业领域。该编织机又分为2D/2.5D/3D编织机。该设备可采用伺服电机驱动，电脑控制，配备轨道牵引或机器人牵引，使编织过程更加精密、标准化，编织设备使用的锭子结构特殊，有效减少编织材料起毛现象，编织效果好。

Used to braid various composite materials at peo-forming stages. Suitable materials are carbon fiber, glass fibers. Theproducts are commonly used in many fields such as aerospace, high-speed raill, subway, automobile and many other industries.
The braiding methods can be divided into 2D,2.5D, and 3D braiding. The machines are equipped with servo motor, computer control, track traction or robot traction, to make the braiding process more precise and standardized. The spindle used on the machines are specially customized, which effectively reduces the fuzz of the materials for a better braiding effect.
